Is your facility handicapped/handi-capable accessible?

Yes, our restaurant has both stairs and in-ground ramps on the exterior of the premises. Internally we have a customized, removable ramp to allow access to each of our rooms.

Is gratuity automatically applied to our check?

Gratuity will not automatically be included in the prices for your group. We understand that knowing an exact price per person can assist in preparing for your event. To better assist with planning, and for less hassle on the day of your event, you may specify a gratuity amount (percentage or dollar) when you plan your event. Quality service is customarily acknowledged by a gratuity of 17%-22%.

Do you offer private dining options?

If you are looking for privacy, the Park Grill offers two private rooms offset to each side of the restaurant. The Abrams Room seats up to 40 guests and overlooks the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Wright’s Roost seats up to 60 guests and offers a cozy grand fireplace, vaulted ceiling, and access to our deck area. Private rooms may be assured for an additional fee. Semi-private spaces are also available.

May we bring our own alcohol?

There is a corkage fee of $10 per bottle if any outside wine or champagne is brought in. This fee can be waived by purchasing directly from us or from Sugarland Cellars Winery which is located across the street from our lodge. Guests are not permitted to bring their own beer and liquor.

How many guests do you require when booking an event?

In order to book through the Events Department, your party should have a minimum guest count of 5 (150 maximum).

Can we order a cake through the Park Grill?

We can give you suggestions for local bakeries.

Can we bring our own cake?

For any cake brought in, there is a $50 cake service fee plus gratuity. If you are a bridal party and your chapel is a business associate of ours, the cake service fee can be waived. We will also waive a cake service fee for any purchases from GiGi’s Cupcakes and Cakes by Bakin’ Bishop.

Can we have a D.J. for our private party?

We have music piped throughout each room in our restaurant.  When renting a private room, you may ask for the music to be turned off in your space, but we do not allow D.J.’s or any other music, as that will be disruptive for our other guests.

When booking a group, do you require a deposit of any kind?

We do not accept any form of a deposit. We do require a credit card number on file in order to book a reservation.  A fee is only charged on your card if you do not show up without canceling in advance.

We are tax-exempt; do you accept these types of groups?

We gladly accept tax-exempt groups as long as you provide the proper tax form at the time of payment. This must be a Tennessee tax-exempt form.

Do you offer decorations or flowers for special occasions?

We offer very simple decorations and can suggest a local florist for fresh flowers. To view our table décor, Click Here.

Is there enough parking for my group?

Yes, we have ample parking. If you find that there aren’t many parking spaces available, please check next door at the N.O.C., across the street at Crockett’s Breakfast Camp, or at The Peddler Steakhouse, one block away. Otherwise, there are 3 “pay-to-park” lots in close vicinity.

What are the menu options for parties of 5 or more?

Your group may order from the regular menu. Otherwise, we do offer menu packages. All children 12 and under have their own menu. We also have the option of a customized printed menu for a small fee. This option allows you to choose up to 6 entrées from the main menu without the prices being shown for your guests.
