The wood used in the construction of our building was obtained from dead trees at the top of Payette National Forest in Idaho, and transported all the way to Gatlinburg. The lumber underwent several stops along the way, and was continually crafted alongside a scale model of what would eventually be The Park Grill. The care that went into creating our restaurant is the same care that goes into every dish we serve, allowing us to provide one of the best dining experiences around!
